From our humble beginnings in 1995, we have grown to be a major player in the catering industry in the Rogue Valley, where we have established a fine reputation. Chef/owner Terry Swenson has been in the restaurant trade since 1971, where he honed his cooking skills throughout the Rogue Valley. After a stint as executive Chef at the Rogue Valley Country Club for over 13 years, he decided to take the plunge and be his own boss. Pairing up with Theresa Sproul as catering coordinator, they found that their attention to detail and delicious and innovative menus quickly lead to a thriving business operating from a small facility in downtown Medford. Growing pains landed them in their present location, Café Dejeuner, where they wear two hats, for they also operate a flourishing restaurant. “It has enabled us to hire some very talented chefs and front of the house people who can show their skills in our restaurant as well as in our catering business”, says chef/owner Terry Swenson. Our talented team can create exceptional hors d'oeuvres, entrees, or desserts. We have commercial mobile barbecue units with on board refrigeration, so we have the capability to cater just about anywhere you can imagine.
